The products are very expensive and not justified, a second small star just for the advisors/salespeople who are very pleasant to talk to.

I don't understand, the items are sold more expensive than in the Pays de Gex, I found an item three times more expensive than in Leroy Merlin. Go figure.

We arrive at the store at 11:10. Due to specific measures due to covid 19, we are waiting to be able to go outside. We wait 40 minutes. We can finally enter at 11:52...barely having entered, we hear the message that the store is going to close and that we have to go to the cash registers...it is noon...while there is still a ten customers, the light is cut...we are asked to leave... Such an attitude is unacceptable...and anti-commercial. We wait 40 minutes!!! And we are asked to come out as soon as we enter!! But why not stop letting customers in 15 minutes early??? While quite annoyed, we point out to the people at the checkout that it is completely anti-commercial, we are told that being cashiers... it is not to them that we should complain but to the director.. For the sense of service and welcome, there are things to review. Especially since we are rather accommodating customers...1 color of paint requested and made by the machine...1st pot paid for...color obtained not in accordance with my request...we are given a new one free of charge pot...the color still not consistent... 😟 We buy a roll of mesh...but we have to order the stakes...despite the confinement they were supposed to arrive 1 week later...we've been waiting for them for more than 15 days...and they can't give us any information..??? We are currently ordering different items on certain sites...and we manage to be delivered within reasonable timeframes! So why at Monsieur Bricolage, we can't even have any information?? We are very unhappy with the quality of welcome and service in this store.

Terrible after-sales service!!! We bought an offset parasol with 4 slabs of 25 kg (which still cost 100 euros!!!) on the advice of a salesman. We open it 4 times and the parasol flies away in a slight gust of wind. Result: a bent handle and the store that doesn't want to do anything. 300 euros and not a move!!!
