Craftsman contacted for information and a quote. He clearly indicated to me that he would not travel to change 3 locks, that I would just have to go buy barrels myself to change them on my own. Unacceptable response. Terrible sales service. Telephone reception also lacking professionalism (the person who answers does not show up, wild call transfer to another person)
