Installation of new double glazing to replace a broken pane following an intervention by the fire brigade at my 73 year old mother's house. Responsive, fast, efficient craftsman and good quality work, for an emergency trip on a Saturday evening. My mother is very satisfied with the result.

Following a broken water tank, Intervention on a Saturday charged €39...for doing nothing. Fortunately I didn't wait for someone to contact me to give me the availability of the "supposedly" faulty part and the cost otherwise I will always be without hot water. Intervention carried out the next day, Sunday, by my usual plumber who repaired the repairs for 40% less than the advertised price and within the day!
